Mining Chassis

Buy one, or everything you need to roll your own

Welcome to the home of my mining chassis creation. Yes, it has many elements of other chassis before it, but it claims some nice innovations, too.

Check out the features:

  • 8 GPU support
  • 20 mm T-slot is strong and lightweight
  • Laser-cut acrylic GPU rest with threaded holes
  • Laser-cut acrylic riser tie-down with cable management hoop on bottom
  • Laser-cut ATX motherboard tray
  • Laser-cut HP power supply tray
  • Laser-cut ATX power supply mount
  • 3D printed corner brackets
  • 3D printed rubber caps and feet
  • Laser-cut flat brackets
  • Laser-cut 120mm fan mounts
  • Stackable
  • fully adjustable

And the assembly instructions show how easy it all goes together:

The corner bracket design is available on my Thingiverse page. I've also made my design for the feet/caps available. The riser tie-downs are optional but work very well if you need to move your populated rig very far. Without them you really should remove all your GPUs. They work with these risers for sure, though likely work with others as well.

If you want to try to do one yourself, almost everything you need is on the Parts List via the link at the top of the page. Still working on availability of the acrylic parts, though none of those are terribly complex if you want to do them yourself.
